Our chefs welcome you to unravel the art of pasta making and learn how to make pasta dough and produce delicious hand-made pasta.
You will learn to mix the ingredients, creating your own batch of pasta dough using fine “00” flour and eggs, then knead, rest, roll and cut the dough to shape. Learn to use the traditional pasta machine to make the perfect ribbon pasta (tagliatelle, linguine, pappardelle, spaghetti…).
The chef will demonstrate how to cook pasta perfectly and make two classic pasta sauces. You will have the opportunity to taste the pasta dishes and wash them down with a glass of our red wine.
