During the long summer evenings our relaxed candle-lit dinners are served al fresco on our atmospheric veranda or terrazza.
Guests on half-board will enjoy our 5-course set-dinner “tasting menus”, which follow the seasons, reflecting a contemporary interpretation of Sardinian traditions and also a desire for variety and innovation. Menus vary from day to day, alternating between seafood and meat. Once a week this is replaced by a themed dinner: a Sardinian night (suckling pig is a speciality) or a fishermen’s night.
Individual dishes from our set menu may be replaced from our a la carte menu, at a charge. We are also happy to provide menus for guests with special dietary requirements: vegetarian, coeliac, allergies etc; please advise us at the time of booking.
Many of our ingredients—fruits, vegetables and herbs—come from the Lodge’s own orto or from the organic vegetable garden of the Evaristo nuns only a few kilometres away.
